Doris Jean (D.J.) Moore

Doris Jean Moore, better known as D.J., of Leadington crossed the rainbow bridge on Friday July 28th, 2023. D.J. was the beloved companion of her fur parents, Alicia and Amber Moore and their daughter, Keirstyn, as well as her fur sisters Amora, Arizona, Nova, and Presley.

D.J. came home with Amber at just four weeks old and the two of them have been inseparable ever since. “From then on, she never left my side. D.J. went with me everywhere. If I couldn’t take Dj, I wouldn’t go.” “She has been with me through the hardest times in my life and some of the best.” – Amber Moore

D.J. was more than just a dog, she was the best of friend anyone could ask for, in a  human or dog. Among many things she, loyal, smart, stubborn, but beyond all she was a protector. She would do anything to protect her family. She loved to be cuddled, her belly rubbed, and LOVED to be the center of attention. She will forever be greatly missed.
