Charlee Lynn Meyer

March 13, 2010 — March 22, 2024

Bonne Terre

Charlee crossed the rainbow bridge on Friday, March 22, 2024 peacefully in the arms of her mom.

She was born on Saturday, March 13, 2010 in Hillsboro, Missouri. She is survived by her parents Michael and Kelly Meyer. Her dog siblings, Lincoln and Rufus. Her human siblings, Amy, Michael and Olivia. Human nieces and nephews, Mabry, Marlee, Mazie, Mavrik, Benny, Maryn, Mavis and Myra. Her grandparents, Jan, Ed, and Ginny, along with many family and friends.

Charlee's favorite activities were smiling, swimming, side-by-side rides, car rides, boating, going to the beach at TDL, and chasing squirrels and bunnies. Charlee loved life and lived the very best. More than anything else, Charlee loved her mom. She was always there to greet her with some kisses. She was her constant companion supporting her through heartache, moves, grief and joy. She was at a lot of things, but she was the best at unconditional love. She taught everyone she met about loving people and always seeing the good in everyone. Charlee lost a hard-fought battle after a few months of bravery. Charlee spent her last days in her favorite place, home. Her last days were so happy and will be cherished forever.

We will think of her every time we open the peanut butter jar and miss her every time, we see a squirrel or rabbit. We will carry her with us everywhere. Charlee will be forever missed and forever remembered, but she left behind her fierce love, which never wavered. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you give all of your pups some extra love in honor of Charlee.
